How does laundry pickup service work?

Schedule a time that is convenient for you:

Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You will receive a text message when the driver is on their way to your home.
Our driver will pick up your dirty laundry and take it back to our laundry facility. You do not have to be home to use our service - just let us know where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.

Customizable Laundering:

If you want your laundry done a certain way, there is a section called Preferences where you can tell us if you have any special instructions. Those instructions will stay saved, and your laundry will be done that way every time.
There is also a section where you can give instructions for that specific order, such as "please spot treat the stain on the pink shorts".
Our mobile laundry service uses a free and clear detergent when we wash your clothes, but you can upgrade to Tide or Gain if you prefer.
We use dryer sheets in the drying phase and OxiClean on the whites.
Let us know if you want any items hung up. If you provide the hangers, we will do this at no charge. If we provide the hangers, it is $.15 a hanger.

Quick Delivery:

Your clean clothes are returned to you in a clear plastic bag to retain the fresh, clean smell.
Our turnaround time is 24 hours unless you request same day delivery.
Same day orders must be scheduled for a morning pickup in order for them to get returned to you promptly.

Our mobile laundry service is the quickest, most convenient way to get your laundry done. It is only $1.79/lb. if you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. If you only want to use our service from time to time, it is $1.99/lb. And if you need your clothes back the same day your laundry must be picked up by noon and the cost is $2.19/lb.
